All orders are packed with great care and shipped from Denmark.

Denmark

Domestic orders are shipped within 1 business day via Post Danmark.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Post Danmark Airmail.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 6–10 business days

• Outside the EU: approximately 1–2 weeks

• In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing

Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Shipping takes place on business days only.

 

Parcel Size & Shipping Method

If your order weighs up to 2 kg and the total of length + width + height does not exceed 90 cm, it may be shipped as a boxed letter.

Larger or heavier orders are shipped as parcels.

 

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available.

If you plan to purchase more than one item, please get in touch before ordering for a combined shipping quote. Special combined shipping rates are available for Nordic and EU countries.

 

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

To reduce environmental impact and keep shipping costs as low as possible, recycled boxes and reused packing materials may be used when available.

 

Responsibility & Insurance

While every effort is made to pack orders securely, Polli Pots Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they are in transit.

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, especially for international orders.

If you would like to add insurance, please contact us before ordering for pricing details. Orders shipped without insurance are sent at the buyer’s risk.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at your own expense for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot take responsibility for damage during shipping, we will do our best to assist you, including helping with claims made through the postal service.
